#2 Our First Kiss

It may seem strange that there is a story behind our first kiss, but it was a long time coming and well worth the wait.  So why is there a story about our first kiss?  And is it weird that we have a pictures of our first kiss??  A little bit weird yes, but so amazing.  And we had quite an audience too!

Our first kiss was something we both had dreamed of for quite some time.  When we first started dating, we decided that we would wait until our wedding day for our first kiss.  This was something that was on our hearts to wait for  and to look forward to.  It sounds so romantic, but man was it hard to wait!! Thankfully we didn’t have to wait too long, since our courtship and engagement was not very long.  But some days felt like an eternity.

When we finally got to our wedding day, it was quite an exciting day!  I am not someone who likes to be the center of attention, I would much rather be in the background and not have all eyes on me.  But that is not what happens on your wedding day!  My husband and I were the stars of the show and all eyes were on us – and in the moment we didn’t care.  Our dear friend who married us, also announced to everyone that this was going to be our first kiss! So no pressure or anything!!  But of course it was absolutely perfect and well worth the wait!!
