Happy fall! Fall is such a fantastic time for senior pictures. The colors, the richness, the crisp air, the late evening sun. This session was so much fun to plan with Emily. She wanted fall colors and she got them! Her wardrobe coordinated perfectly with fall – rich colors, full of texture and interest. Emily planned three outfits for her session – all in the same color family. The final result is a session full of images that easily coordinate. Her album from her session flows easily from one outfit to the next. First, her gorgeous red dress has lace detail that adds tons of interest, while it still fits slim to her body. Her accessories are spot on – she had a great hat that we added in to some of her pictures and her necklace adds just a touch of contrast to her red dress. Next up she had cream shirt with lace detail, jacket, and scarf. We got tons of different looks by switching out her scarf for a necklace, then taking off her jacket. Her gallery of images all look different by making subtle changes to her outfits. Lastly, she had a pleated skirt and cropped shirt – both with tons of texture, add in booties and a necklace and her look is complete. Emily is a dancer and off to study dance at the University of California Riverside. So of course we had to incorporate her love of dance into her session. I love personalizing her session! The final result is a gallery of images that truly speak to her personality, they describe who she is, captures her moment as a high school senior.
Emily I wish you all the best as you are off to new adventures, chasing your dream of being a professional dancer!
