Right from the start, Chloe knew she wanted her senior portraits in the Fall.  And as a Senior Model at Oak Ridge High School, she had first dibs to select her date. Oh my goodness did she slay her senior pictures! WOW! One of my favorite things about working with girls all year long on the Model Team is that they are really comfortable in front of the camera! See more details about the model team, checkout the Team Page.  We’ve had shoots throughout the year and so when it’s time for their own session, they have so much fun!

Selecting the right outfit.

Chloe planned outfits that she loved, flattered her shape and were perfect for fall. One of her outfits was a black top, jean skirt and tall boots. Her legs look a mile long! And her outfit works perfectly by buildings.  Her next outfit was her stunning off the shoulder blue shirt with jeans and booties. The blue is the perfect color for her – it made her blue eyes pop! And I love her sleeve – there is so much detail to it.  Her last outfit was a burgundy dress that was perfect for fall.

Adding a touch of interest with accessories.

Most of the senior girls that I work with tend to dress pretty simple on a day to day basis.  But when it comes time for portraits, a little goes a long way. Chloe added a few accessories to each outfit which completed her look. She wore a beautiful necklace, bracelets and small earrings. Her makeup is perfect too! Her eyes pop and she just has a hint of color on her lips. Her whole style is pulled together effortlessly and she looks amazing!

Selecting your spot.

After sharing so many of Chloe’s images, her locations have been the #1 requested spots. I love that these natural locations are right in our backyard! I have a few favorite spots that are right here in El Dorado Hills, so even though she wanted natural locations we didn’t have to drive far to get there.  I also love that we can go to a few spots and get completely different looks all in one session!  Are you interested in discussing locations for your senior session? Remembering senior year.

Chloe and her family loved her images so much that they upgraded to a large album that would hold her senior images as well as her model images. Her collection also included a large canvas gallery wrap for home, a large storyboard print, graduation announcements, and her digital images.  I loved Chloe’s album so much that I have a studio sample of it, so next time you are at the studio you can take a peek!

Chloe is one amazing girl! She is so kind, smart and responsible. She had a ton of fun on the model team! She is off to college studying nursing and I know she is going to be an amazing nurse one day!
